The Independent Security Council

About the Independent Security Council

The Independent Security Council (ISC) was established on the principle of membership organization. The purpose of this reputable body is the creation of unity among graduates of the Be-Great Security and Defence College (BUC) who will come together and work on issues of national security concern.

The ISC serves as the national voice for public safety advice and solution. Being a body of security graduates and seasoned security and intelligence practitioners, it is fervently believed this notable Security Council remains the nation’s security and intelligence resourced centre, and occasionally, a training base for security personnel.
